Change and Release Manager

Are you are a Change and Release Manager with eCommerce experience?

We are looking for someone to lead the development, implementation and management of a structured change and release management process within the IT Operations and Support team. This team is responsible for delivering services to clients and includes working closely with client sponsors. We are seeking a senior information technology professional with experience with web operations.

What you need for this position:

- Solid understanding of implementing changes in a complex eCommerce systems
- 8+ years of IT systems experience
- 5+ years of experience managing complex IT operations
- experience continuously updating a complex production environment
- Maintain strict service levels for availability, performance, security and stability
- Experience building a software release and moving that code through test, user acceptance testing (UAT) and into production
- Experience or strong familiarity with the quality assurance process for web-based applications, preferably eCommerce systems

What youll be doing:

- Evangelize the implementation of a structured change management approach
- Provide day-to-day leadership for change and release management processes
- Maintain control of all changes required for a large production web environment
- Apply structured processes to the change and release management process
- Collaborate with client sponsors and stakeholders to define scope
- Create project charters and plans (Tasks, Schedule, Budget, Dependencies)
- Facilitate cross disciplined teams to identify and manage numerous required - Changes to multiple environments including Test, UAT, Production and Disaster Recovery
