Job Summary

Statement of Purpose

Performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations on patients of all ages for subsequent evaluation and treatment by attending physician. Operates equipment, prepares patient room, equipment, supplies and medication.

Job Requirements

RDMS Registry preferred.

Consideration will be given individuals who are registry eligible and have completed an AMA approved program in diagnostic ultrasound,

or completed 12 months of on-the-job sonographic experience.

Must be capable of working without supervision within the guidelines set up by the department head.

Must be mature, responsible individual whose references indicate high medical, ethical standards.

Good oral and written communication skills.
