Brand Manager

New Chapter, Inc., an innovative nutritional supplement company, is interviewing for a high performing individual to join our mission-driven organization. We seek a talented Brand Manager to join our Marketing department in a culture that fosters wellness and social responsibility.  Job Summary:Responsible for managing the elements of the marketing mix to ensure New Chapters product and brands optimally meet identified consumer needs and company financial objectives. Responsibilities:  Manage direct reports and work with various internal and external cross-functional groups to coordinate brand related activities.  Working in a team environment while being self-motivated to develop, implement, and analyze customer specific marketing programs, products and key initiatives.  Support the Sales department with sales materials, integrated promotions, merchandising, educational material, and value-added packaging.  Conduct brand analysis to evaluate performance against business objectives, identify competitive threats, and highlight product strength/weaknesses.  Brand liaison to domestic and international elements of the company.  Assist in the development of strategies and tactics for National Consumer Marketing as well as Key Accounts.  Provide direction and support to New Chapter Creative Services department.  A self-starter who can hit the ground running with a hands-on approach to completing daily activities.  Manages the Brand details, strategically and tactically. Qualifications:  Bachelors degree required.  3-5 years of brand management experience; preferably in consumer packaged goods.  Detail-oriented.  Natural products background preferred.  Position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-pace, demanding environment and be accustom to working under tight deadlines.  Position requires the ability to set priorities and adapt to constant changing priorities.  Position requires working closely with advertising, packaging, research, and public relations. New Chapter offers an exceptional benefits package. New Chapter, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
