Are you a Senior Business Analyst with eCommerce solutions experience?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to define business requirements through workflow analysis specific to eCommerce solutions.

This person will work directly with clients and other project stakeholders to gather and specify requirements through written use cases, articulate them to an engineering team, and verify with the client for approval.

What you need for this position:

- 3+ years of business analysis experience with eCommerce solutions
- Experience writing use cases and workflow diagrams
- Strong understanding of the SDLC
- Professional services and B2C eCommerce experience

What youll be doing:

- Work with clients to define business requirements
- Translate requirements into use cases for B2B and B2C eCommerce solutions
- Champion the requirements communication across all project stakeholders both internally and with clients
