Manager Trainee

SEI/Aarons is Aarons largest franchisee operating over 85 stores in 9 states. We carry the best brand name furniture, electronics, appliances and computers. Our Company is growing fast!  In the last two years we have added 20 stores with a goal of being over 200 stores by 2018. We are looking for people that want the opportunity to run their own location and help us reach our goal. Do you want a job where you have complete control over how much money you make?  Last year the top 20% of our General Managers earned an average of $127,000!  Your compensation is based entirely on your results as GMs earn 2.5% of store revenues and 16% of store profits. Our most successful General Managers possess these traits:

 Requirements

• Management experience
• Able to work about 50 hrs/wk. including evenings and weekends
• 21 or over with valid drivers license
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
