Software Implementation Manager - Global Travel - Multilingual

We are a rapidly growing company with a top-notch software solution that is now being used globally by some of the most well-known names in travel.

We are located in the beautiful ski resort town of Stowe, VT, and are looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for all aspects of training, system configuration, and implementation for our new customers.

Responsibilities:

- Manage transition of accounts from sales close to implementation to on-going support
- Monitor upcoming implementations and manage training and implementation schedules
- Work closely with the Sales team and Provide input on gap analysis
- Identify, schedule, and budget implementation needs and resources
- Create and manage an implementation schedule that includes action items, milestones, and goals
- Delegate configuration and training tasks to different staff members
- Create a test environment for new customers
- Work closely with Business Analysts on product development
- Conduct on-site implementation and training
- Travel frequently to client sites, internationally

Additional Qualifications:

- Would be great if you had solid Language skills in German, French, Italian, Spanish
- Minimum of 4 years industry experience
- One to two years experience with implementations and/or conversions, in a client facing role
- Ability to interpret technical information to ensure customer requirements are met
- Ability to manage multiple implementations
- Excellent written and verbal skills, including experience with presentations, project documentation, internal and external memorandums
- Ability to travel internationally as needed
