Essential Responsibilities

This product leadership role is responsible for driving strategy, development and execution of product roadmap for the Hospital and Enterprise Revenue Cycle and Patient Access solutions within the Centricity Business (CB) product portfolio, and driving alignment for these areas across the Clinical Business Solutions (CBS) business. These solutions help ensure effective hospital and enterprise revenue cycle management for our customers and patient access to care and services is as streamlined, seamless and efficient as possible across both the ambulatory and inpatient environments.. Products within the scope of this role include but arent limited to Hospital Patient Accounting, Enterprise Wide Scheduling, Visit Management, and the patient kiosk solution. The role owns creation and maintenance of the three year product roadmap and plan and associated services roadmap development for all patient access solutions in the Centricity Business product suite, and will own coordination of roadmap and strategic priorities across the CBS and HCIT product lines including coordination with consumer portals, patient outreach in ACO, HIE and EMR products.

Essential Responsibilties Include:
Deliver Growth Playbook collateral and strategic marketing plan for hospital revenue cycle and patient access products and solutions
Establish strong market understanding lead analysis of market trends, regulatory issues and develop competitively differentiated product strategy for the patient access solutions
Product roadmap planning - translate business opportunities and product visions into multi-phase product plans.
Lead and facilitate User Group meetings, Initiate voice of the customer data collection and focus groups to refine and translate requirements into business opportunities
Deliver business justification for product enhancements or new products including detailed financial analysis to drive prioritization, resource allocation and associated feature/function trade-offs
Lead execution of product projects (programs) within the established quality process framework to achieve defined road maps for the hospital and patient access solutions
Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing teams to provide a solid marketing message, sales tools, collateral, product presentations and provide support at product trade shows
Determine and execute interoperability requirements with all products within the Centricity Business portfolio as appropriate
Work closely with engineering teams to define new program scope, goals and objectives; provide oversight of NPI progress to ensure requirements and design meet market and product objectives
Establish cross-business relationships with other GE Healthcare Information Systems groups for coordinated program development and release with synergistic products within area of responsibility.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Product Development or a related field (or equivalent experience equal to a degree plus minimum 4+ years work experience in product marketing or clinical/financial role)- 6+ years experience with healthcare information systems or in a healthcare environment related to IDN/Enterprise revenue cycle and patient access functions- Track record of successful product leadership- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to lead, influence, and build consensus across areas of the organization that are not part of your direct control- Excellent presentation skills in front of small and large groups- Ability to connect to and drive positive engagement with customer user groups and forums- Demonstrated experience managing projects from inception to closure- Willingness to travel up to 30% Eligibility Requirements:You have the unrestricted legal right to work in the US. Desired Characteristics

Familiarity with Centricity Business products and solutions- Preferred work locations of Burlington, VT or Boston, MA.- Advanced degree in clinical field, business, or engineering.- Previous work experience in enterprise or integrated delivery network revenue cycle or patient access organization.
