Customer Service RepresentativeOn YOUR Page
At Lane Press, the road to our success for the past 110 years has been built upon our commitment to providing the highest level of service in our industry. We refer to the unique Lane Press service experience as being “On YOUR Page".
Our Customer Service Representatives serve as the key link in delivering the On YOUR Page services experience to our customers. Joining a team of 12 dedicated and talented professionals, you will be the service champion for an assigned portion of the nearly 500 magazine titles that we print.
Our CSR’s are responsible for coordinating cost estimates and quoting prices, overseeing the timely receipt of magazine content, monitoring production schedules and quality performance, and communicating regularly with customers to avoid unforeseen problems.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate is an effective team player and a determined problem solver with excellent project management, organizational and written and oral communication skills. Related degree or equivalent experience in graphics arts along with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a customer service role in a complex production environment is preferred.
