Sr. Cash Control Representative at Burlington

Job Description

The primary focus of this position will be to provide cash room services to branches and large retail customers within the PUB NNE footprint . These services will rotate but include processing of cash and coin deposits, Providing coin and currency (US and foreign) orders, verifying cash shipments from branches, preparing daily excess cash shipments to the Federal Reserve, analysis of all currencies for rates and availability. This position must maintain security standards and procedures.

Essential Functions:
 
Accurate processing of cash/coin deposits for large retail customers

Assist with the purchase and sale of foreign currencies. Works with the branches to verify accuracy of currency types.

Preparation of cash/coin for branch distribution • Maintain accurate paperwork in multiple cash drawers  Preparation of excess cash and coin for deposit with the Federal Reserve Essential Skills:

A business degree is preferred. 2 yrs branch experience and/or 1 year CSR/ teller experience.
 
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is beneficial. The candidate should have professional phone skills, demonstrate a positive attitude and respect the departments workload, and be able to operate in a deadline driven, customer service environment.

They should also have demonstrated success in working as a team member, have the ability to adapt quickly to situations by working independently, and a demonstrated proficiency in proof. Excellent telephone and organizational skills are necessary.

Abilities:
 
The ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs. and the ability to work within a confined environment.
