UTC Aerospace Systems in Vergennes, VT is currently seeking an outgoing, driven and energetic individual to fill an opening as Electrical Engineer in our Supply Chain organization. This position will provide an opportunity to work in a high profile position with the reward of notoriety and possibilities for further advancement.

Job Requirements

• BS degree in an Engineering discipliine.
  
• The ideal candidate will have successfully completed a minimum of five years related engineering experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
  
• Experience designing and working with circuit card assemblies is highly desired, along with the ability to evaluate systems and components and make recommendations for improvement.
  
• Outstanding verbal and written skills are needed in this position as the selected candidate will be working with individuals at all levels of the organization as well as with external customers.
  
• Practical problem solving ability along with the awareness to understand the impact of project decisions on all involved organizations in terms of cost, schedule and personnel.
  
• The ideal candidate will be action-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
