AWAKE OVERNIGHT COUNSELOR

The NFI Hospital Diversion Program is hiring for an Awake Overnight Counselor.  Hospital Diversion is a short-term, in-patient facility working with adolescents in psychiatric crisis.  This position provides supervision and support to the youth during the sleeping hours, completes intakes clients in crisis and performs administrative duties.

This is a great entry level position with opportunities to advance within the agency!

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate would have a bachelors degee in a related field, superior interpersonal skills, and experience working with adolescents struggling with emotional/behavioral difficulties.  The position is 30 hours a week (Friday, Saturday and Sunday  nights) with a comprehensive benefits package.  Per diem shifts also available.
