Engagement Leader - AMS Onsite - Rutland, VT at Rutland

Application Management Services (AMS) is a team dedicated to ensuring the optimal performance of Cerner Millennium applications through 24x7x365 proactive monitoring, management and quick problem resolution. The AMS team stands ready to provide direct and continuous support for the day-to-day operational management of Cerner applications.

This onsite Engagement Leader is responsible for the business and support process for designated Cerner clients. Responsibilities include risk assessment, appropriate executive relationship management, and status review of assigned accounts. The Engagement Leader also provides support around production event planning, client transitions, and the change control process.  The Engagement Leader is the primary contact for all client-based activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, sciences, or information systems
• Demonstrated success in forming and managing client Director and CXO level relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead both small and large group sessions with client counterparts
• Ability to travel 10%
• Healthcare information system (clinical and/or financial) implementation experience
• Two or more years of Cerner Millennium consulting and/or support experience
• Must currently reside in or willing to relocate to the Rutland, VT area

Preferred Qualifications:

• Participation in most phases of a single domain, multi-clinical domain and integrated system implementation
• Experience managing multiple small and moderate-sized teams of associates with disparate roles.
